Interview Stages

Our interview process is designed to assess both skills and culture-add with InPlanet’s values (Drive, Trust, and Impact). Here’s how our process usually works:

  1. ☎️ Motivational Interview (30 minutes): Initial call with a member of the People team to discuss your career aspirations and motivation for joining InPlanet.
  2. 💻 Core Skills & Competency Interview (30 minutes): A technical call with the Hiring Manager to assess your skillset and problem-solving abilities related to the position.
  3. 🏁 Final Round (90 minutes): An in-depth interview with key stakeholders and team members. This round often includes a task or case study to evaluate your real-world capabilities.
  4. 🤝 Meeting with Key Stakeholders: Short, focused interviews with executives or department leads for final decision-making. This one may vary depending on the role.
