Google Workspace
This includes Gmail for company emails, Google Drive for cloud storage, Google Docs and Sheets for document collaboration, and Google Slides for presentations. Google Workspace allows us to seamlessly collaborate in real-time from anywhere in the world.
For scheduling video meetings (internal and external), organizing your daily schedule, and setting reminders. You can set up recurring events with your team and project check-ins.
Google Chat
For quick communication and daily updates. Different channels are created for each team, project, or department. Whether you need to brainstorm with your team or send an urgent update, Google Chat keeps communication flowing smoothly.
A digital whiteboard tool that enables collaborative brainstorming and planning. We use Miro for innovation sessions, strategic planning, and team workshops. Its infinite board format lets us map out big-picture ideas visually.
Loom

Personio
Our HR management platform where you track time off (vacation days, sick days, etc.), manage your personal details, access payslips, and update your emergency contacts. It's also used for recruitment (ATS) and performance reviews, so make sure your information is always up-to-date.

This is our platform for managing payroll and contracts for employees working in international locations. It ensures all legal, compliance-related, and financial aspects of international working relationships are handled smoothly, especially for team members outside Brazil and Germany.
