Performance & Feedback Framework at InPlanet
At InPlanet, we believe in consistent, meaningful feedback that helps us all grow personally and professionally. Rock-Talks are the cornerstone of our people development philosophy, designed to empower you to reflect, learn, and evolve with the support of your leader.
Below, we outline how to prepare for your Rock-Talk, make the most of the conversation during the session, and continue growing afterward.
The Rock-Talk is a structured, one-on-one discussion between you and your direct leader, designed to exchange feedback, support your career progression, build trust, and create alignment on your goals at InPlanet. This space allows you to reflect, receive and give feedback, and plan for future success. Rock-Talks take place at least twice a quarter and usually last between 60-90 mins.
🧠Guiding Principle: Think of your Rock-Talk as a blend of reflection, feedback, and planning for future success. It's a space where feedback is two-way, your leader shares feedback with you, and you have the opportunity to provide feedback to them as well.
The Rock-Talk Board guides the flow of the conversation, ensuring all key areas are covered for a balanced and constructive discussion.
