OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework designed to help us define our objectives clearly and track measurable progress. Here’s a simple breakdown:

• Objectives are the "what" – what do we want to achieve? They should be ambitious, clear, and inspiring.
• Key Results are the "how" – how do we measure our progress toward that objective? Key Results are specific, measurable, and time-bound.

OKR Example:

• Objective: Strengthen InPlanet’s position in the CDR (Carbon Dioxide Removal) market.
  • Key Result 1: Build partnerships with 3 global CDR organizations by Q4.
  • Key Result 2: Increase website traffic by 25% by Q3.
  • Key Result 3: Publish 2 major case studies by the end of Q3.
