How Do We Measure Success Using OKRs at InPlanet?

At InPlanet, we believe that ambition and impact are crucial to achieving our goals. To ensure we’re always on track toward our vision, we use OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align our work, measure progress, and guide our success. Below OKRs, we also differentiate between Initiatives and Key Initiatives

This page will walk you through what OKRs are, how we use them, and how they can help you and InPlanet thrive.

What are OKRs?

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework designed to help us define our objectives clearly and track measurable progress. Here’s a simple breakdown:

How We Use OKRs at InPlanet

At InPlanet, we apply OKRs across different levels of the company, ensuring alignment from our overall mission down to individual roles.

Company-Level OKRs

Every cycle, the leadership sets Company OKRs. These high-level objectives align with our long-term vision and cover key areas such as growth, impact, science, and operations.

Set OKRs

Each department (= set) within InPlanet defines Set OKRs that are aligned with the company-wide OKRs. These objectives focus on team-specific goals, helping teams make progress toward the company’s overall mission.
